  • Proven working experience in Java development with (Spring boot)
  • Hands on experience in designing and developing applications using Java EE platforms
  • Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.
  • Profound insight of Java and JEE internals (Classloading, Memory Management, Transaction management etc)
  • Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate)
  • Experience in the Spring Framework
  • Experience as a Sun Certified Java Developer
  • Experience in developing web applications using at least one popular web framework (JSF, Wicket, GWT, Spring MVC, Sprint boot)
  • Experience with test-driven development

  • Advanced technical skills will be Preferable.
  • Excellent documentation skills.
  • Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
  • Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
  • Working closely with clients, Developer, and Project Manager.
  • Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
  • Monitoring deliverable and ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Creates process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team Members.

  • Coordinating with development teams to determine application requirements
  • Writing scalable code using Python programming language
  • Testing and debugging applications
  • Developing back-end components

  • Reprogramming existing databases to improve functionality

  • Build pixel-perfect, buttery smooth UIs across both mobile platforms
  • Leverage native APIs for deep integration’s with both platforms
  • Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native
  • Reach out to the open source community to encourage and help implement mission-critical software fixes—React Native moves fast and often breaks things
  • Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality
  • Transition existing React web apps to React Native
  • Knowledge of functional or object-oriented programming
  • Ability to write well-documented, clean JavaScript code
  • Rock solid at working with third-party dependencies and debugging dependency conflicts
  • Familiarity with native build tools, like XCode, Gradle Android Studio, IntelliJ
  • Understanding of REST APIs, the document request model, and offline storage
  • Experience with automated testing suites, like Jest or Mocha

  • Implement responsible web design principles to ensure that our company website renders well across multiple devices
  • Design a framework for creating user apps that grows with the needs of the company
  • Monitor website performance, watch for traffic drops related to site usability problems and rectify the issues
  • Review app and feature coding and plan future website upgrades with the development team
  • Assist in the development of applications and features that will be put on the website and in internal functions as well
  • Strong knowledge of web development tools and programming languages
  • Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3
  • Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS
  • Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery
  • Good understanding of Depending on the specific case, a developer should have the knowledge of advanced JavaScriptlibraries and frameworks, such as AngularJS, KnockoutJS, BackboneJS, ReactJS, DurandalJS etc.
  • Basic knowledge of image authoring tools, to be able to crop, resize, or perform small adjustments on an image. Familiarity with tools such as as Gimp or Photoshop is a plus

  • Meeting with clients to discuss website design and function
  • Designing and building the website front-end
  • Designing and managing the website back-end including database and server integration

  • Troubleshooting content issues
  • Build enterprise-grade WordPress solutions for clients
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies including CSS3, JavaScript, HTML5, and jQuery
  • Experience working with WordPress at a PHP code level

  • Strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks (such as Laravel, Yii, etc depending on your technology stack)

  • Knowledge of object oriented PHP programming
  • Understanding accessibility and security compliance
  • Strong knowledge of the common PHP or web server exploits and their solutions
